With Rome as the singular inspiration for Mother Wolf, Funke’s rich and soulful cooking echoes themes of shepherds, popes, farmers and artisans with wafer-thin wood fired pizzas, hyper-seasonal antipasti and the exceptional pastas for which Funke is renowned.
