El Huarache Loco brings the colors and flavors of Mexico City to the San Francisco Bay Area. Created by Chef Veronica Salazar, the business began as a search for the tastes of home.
Driven by the belief that she could make a living doing what she loved, Chef Salazar launched from La Cocina’s incubator kitchen in the Mission District, transforming her passion into success.
