The Service is operated by Kemrai Inc. ("Kemrai"). By using kemrai.com ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service

Kemrai generates business websites using artificial intelligence from the information you provide, and can host the result at a public address.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Email accounts must be verified before generating.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content; to violate the rights of others; or to probe, disrupt, or abuse the platform. We may apply fair usage limits, including daily generation caps.

Your content and your site

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You own the websites generated for you, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

Service changes and availability

The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. AI-generated output can contain errors; review your site before relying on it commercially.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemrai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
