Kemrai Inc. ("Kemrai", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered website generation platform at kemrai.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google or create an account with your email, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier through Firebase Authentication.

Content you provide. The business details, text, and images you submit through our questionnaire are used to generate your website.

Usage records. We record generation events (who generated, when, and through which engine) to operate fair usage limits and keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To generate and host your websites, authenticate you, enforce usage limits, improve generation quality, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Processing partners

We run on Google Cloud. Your content is processed by Google Cloud services (including Vertex AI for generation, Firebase for authentication, and Cloud Storage for uploads) under their respective data-processing terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and generated sites while your account is active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at legal@kemrai.com.

Cookies and local storage

We use authentication tokens and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and preserve your work in progress. No third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
